Ottawa, Ontario, October 7, 2008: BluArc Communications, a supplier of communication services to small businesses (SMB’s) in Canada, provided uninterrupted communication services following an office tower fire.
A blaze heavily damaged a downtown Ottawa, Canada office building, leaving most tenants without power or communication services - using Natural Convergence’s (NCI) silhouette hosted, managed VoIP application, BluArc’s customers maintained phone coverage throughout this emergency situation.
